From 38 weeks onward, I'll be by your side — both on call and with you in person — offering steady, continuous support through labour, delivery, and those precious first hours with your baby. You won't have to face this journey alone.
What is a birth doula? A birth doula is a trained, experienced professional who provides continuous emotional and physical support throughout labour and birth. Unlike your midwife, whose focus is the clinical care of you and your baby, I am there entirely for you — your comfort, your confidence, and your experience.

The days after your baby arrives can feel just as intense as the birth itself. I come to your home to offer practical guidance, emotional support, and a safe, judgement-free space — giving you time to debrief, reflect on your birth experience, and find your balance.
